| [1]מִ֥י הֶאֱמִ֖ין לִשְׁמֻעָתֵ֑נוּ וּזְרֹ֥ועַ יְהוָ֖ה עַל־מִ֥י נִגְלָֽתָה׃ |
[1]Who hath believedH539[H8689] our reportH8052? and to whom is the armH2220 of the LORDH3068 revealedH1540?[H8738] |
| [2]וַיַּ֨עַל כַּיֹּונֵ֜ק לְפָנָ֗יו וְכַשֹּׁ֙רֶשׁ֙ מֵאֶ֣רֶץ צִיָּ֔ה לֹא־תֹ֥אַר לֹ֖ו וְלֹ֣א הָדָ֑ר וְנִרְאֵ֥הוּ וְלֹֽא־מַרְאֶ֖ה וְנֶחְמְדֵֽהוּ׃ |
[2]For he shall grow upH5927[H8799] beforeH6440 him as a tender plantH3126, and as a rootH8328 out of a dryH6723 groundH776: he hath no formH8389 nor comelinessH1926; and when we shall seeH7200[H8799] him, there is no beautyH4758 that we should desireH2530 himH8799. |
| [3]נִבְזֶה֙ וַחֲדַ֣ל אִישִׁ֔ים אִ֥ישׁ מַכְאֹבֹ֖ות וִיד֣וּעַ חֹ֑לִי וּכְמַסְתֵּ֤ר פָּנִים֙ מִמֶּ֔נּוּ נִבְזֶ֖ה וְלֹ֥א חֲשַׁבְנֻֽהוּ׃ |
[3]He is despisedH959[H8737] and rejectedH2310 of menH376; a manH376 of sorrowsH4341, and acquaintedH3045[H8803] with griefH2483: and we hid as it wereH4564[H8688] our facesH6440 from him; he was despisedH959[H8737], and we esteemedH2803 him notH8804. |
| [4]אָכֵ֤ן חֳלָיֵ֙נוּ֙ ה֣וּא נָשָׂ֔א וּמַכְאֹבֵ֖ינוּ סְבָלָ֑ם וַאֲנַ֣חְנוּ חֲשַׁבְנֻ֔הוּ נָג֛וּעַ מֻכֵּ֥ה אֱלֹהִ֖ים וּמְעֻנֶּֽה׃ |
[4]SurelyH403 he hath borneH5375[H8804] our griefsH2483, and carriedH5445[H8804] our sorrowsH4341: yet we did esteemH2803[H8804] him strickenH5060[H8803], smittenH5221[H8716] of GodH430, and afflictedH6031.[H8794] |
| [5]וְהוּא֙ מְחֹלָ֣ל מִפְּשָׁעֵ֔נוּ מְדֻכָּ֖א מֵעֲוֹנֹתֵ֑ינוּ מוּסַ֤ר שְׁלֹומֵ֙נוּ֙ עָלָ֔יו וּבַחֲבֻרָתֹ֖ו נִרְפָּא־לָֽנוּ׃ |
[5]But he was woundedH2490[H8775] for our transgressionsH6588, he was bruisedH1792[H8794] for our iniquitiesH5771: the chastisementH4148 of our peaceH7965 was upon him; and with his stripesH2250 we are healedH7495.[H8738] |
| [6]כֻּלָּ֙נוּ֙ כַּצֹּ֣אן תָּעִ֔ינוּ אִ֥ישׁ לְדַרְכֹּ֖ו פָּנִ֑ינוּ וַֽיהוָה֙ הִפְגִּ֣יעַ בֹּ֔ו אֵ֖ת עֲוֹ֥ן כֻּלָּֽנוּ׃ |
[6]All we like sheepH6629 have gone astrayH8582[H8804]; we have turnedH6437[H8804] every oneH376 to his own wayH1870; and the LORDH3068 hath laidH6293[H8689] on him the iniquity of us allH5771. |
| [7]נִגַּ֨שׂ וְה֣וּא נַעֲנֶה֮ וְלֹ֣א יִפְתַּח־פִּיו֒ כַּשֶּׂה֙ לַטֶּ֣בַח יוּבָ֔ל וּכְרָחֵ֕ל לִפְנֵ֥י גֹזְזֶ֖יהָ נֶאֱלָ֑מָה וְלֹ֥א יִפְתַּ֖ח פִּֽיו׃ |
[7]He was oppressedH5065[H8738], and he was afflictedH6031[H8737], yet he openedH6605[H8799] not his mouthH6310: he is broughtH2986[H8714] as a lambH7716 to the slaughterH2874, and as a sheepH7353 beforeH6440 her shearersH1494[H8802] is dumbH481[H8738], so he openethH6605[H8799] not his mouthH6310. |
| [8]מֵעֹ֤צֶר וּמִמִּשְׁפָּט֙ לֻקָּ֔ח וְאֶת־דֹּורֹ֖ו מִ֣י יְשֹׂוחֵ֑חַ כִּ֤י נִגְזַר֙ מֵאֶ֣רֶץ חַיִּ֔ים מִפֶּ֥שַׁע עַמִּ֖י נֶ֥גַע לָֽמֹו׃ |
[8]He was takenH3947[H8795] from prisonH6115 and from judgmentH4941: and who shall declareH7878[H8787] his generationH1755? for he was cut offH1504[H8738] out of the landH776 of the livingH2416: for the transgressionH6588 of my peopleH5971 was he strickenH5061. |
| [9]וַיִּתֵּ֤ן אֶת־רְשָׁעִים֙ קִבְרֹ֔ו וְאֶת־עָשִׁ֖יר בְּמֹתָ֑יו עַ֚ל לֹא־חָמָ֣ס עָשָׂ֔ה וְלֹ֥א מִרְמָ֖ה בְּפִֽיו׃ |
[9]And he madeH5414[H8799] his graveH6913 with the wickedH7563, and with the richH6223 in his deathH4194; because he had doneH6213[H8804] no violenceH2555, neither was any deceitH4820 in his mouthH6310. |
| [10]וַיהוָ֞ה חָפֵ֤ץ דַּכְּאֹו֙ הֶֽחֱלִ֔י אִם־תָּשִׂ֤ים אָשָׁם֙ נַפְשֹׁ֔ו יִרְאֶ֥ה זֶ֖רַע יַאֲרִ֣יךְ יָמִ֑ים וְחֵ֥פֶץ יְהוָ֖ה בְּיָדֹ֥ו יִצְלָֽח׃ |
[10]Yet it pleasedH2654[H8804] the LORDH3068 to bruiseH1792[H8763] him; he hath put him to griefH2470[H8689]: when thou shalt makeH7760[H8799] his soulH5315 an offering for sinH817, he shall seeH7200[H8799] his seedH2233, he shall prolongH748[H8686] his daysH3117, and the pleasureH2656 of the LORDH3068 shall prosperH6743[H8799] in his handH3027. |
| [11]מֵעֲמַ֤ל נַפְשֹׁו֙ יִרְאֶ֣ה יִשְׂבָּ֔ע בְּדַעְתֹּ֗ו יַצְדִּ֥יק צַדִּ֛יק עַבְדִּ֖י לָֽרַבִּ֑ים וַעֲוֹנֹתָ֖ם ה֥וּא יִסְבֹּֽל׃ |
[11]He shall seeH7200[H8799] of the travailH5999 of his soulH5315, and shall be satisfiedH7646[H8799]: by his knowledgeH1847 shall my righteousH6662 servantH5650 justifyH6663[H8686] manyH7227; for he shall bearH5445[H8799] their iniquitiesH5771. |
| [12]לָכֵ֞ן אֲחַלֶּק־לֹ֣ו בָרַבִּ֗ים וְאֶת־עֲצוּמִים֮ יְחַלֵּ֣ק שָׁלָל֒ תַּ֗חַת אֲשֶׁ֨ר הֶעֱרָ֤ה לַמָּ֙וֶת֙ נַפְשֹׁ֔ו וְאֶת־פֹּשְׁעִ֖ים נִמְנָ֑ה וְהוּא֙ חֵטְא־רַבִּ֣ים נָשָׂ֔א וְלַפֹּשְׁעִ֖ים יַפְגִּֽיעַ׃ |
[12]Therefore will I divideH2505[H8762] him a portion with the greatH7227, and he shall divideH2505[H8762] the spoilH7998 with the strongH6099; because he hath poured outH6168[H8689] his soulH5315 unto deathH4194: and he was numberedH4487[H8738] with the transgressorsH6586[H8802]; and he bareH5375[H8804] the sinH2399 of manyH7227, and made intercessionH6293[H8686] for the transgressorsH6586.[H8802] |
