[1]And 𐤉𐤇𐤅𐤇 spoke unto Moses and to Aaron, saying unto them: |
| [2]λαλέωVA-AAD2P ὁRA-DPM υἱόςN2-DPM *ἰσραήλN--GSM λέγωV1-PAPNPM οὗτοςRD-NPN ὁRA-NPN κτῆνοςN3E-NPN ὅςRR-APN ἐσθίωVF-FMI2P ἀπόP πᾶςA3-GPN ὁRA-GPN κτῆνοςN3E-GPN ὁRA-GPN ἐπίP ὁRA-GSF γῆN1-GSF |
[2]Speak unto the children of Israel, saying: These are the living things which ye may eat among all the beasts that are on the earth. |
| [3]πᾶςA3-ASN κτῆνοςN3E-ASN διχηλέωV2-PAPASN ὁπλήN1-ASF καίC ὀνυχιστήρN3H-APM ὀνυχίζωV1-PAPASN δύοM χήληN1-GPF καίC ἀναἄγωV1-PAPASN μηρυκισμόςN2-ASM ἐνP ὁRA-DPN κτῆνοςN3E-DPN οὗτοςRD-APN ἐσθίωVF-FMI2P |
[3]Whatsoever parteth the hoof, and is wholly cloven-footed, and cheweth the cud, among the beasts, that may ye eat. |
| [4]πλήνD ἀπόP οὗτοςRD-GPN οὐD ἐσθίωVF-FMI2P ἀπόP ὁRA-GPN ἀναἄγωV1-PAPGPN μηρυκισμόςN2-ASM καίC ἀπόP ὁRA-GPN διχηλέωV2-PAPGPN ὁRA-APF ὁπλήN1-APF καίC ὀνυχίζωV1-PAPGPN ὀνυχιστήρN3H-APM ὁRA-ASM κάμηλοςN2-ASM ὅτιC ἀναἄγωV1-PAI3S μηρυκισμόςN2-ASM οὗτοςRD-NSN ὁπλήN1-ASF δέX οὐD διχηλέωV2-PAI3S ἀκάθαρτοςA1B-NSN οὗτοςRD-NSN σύRP-DP |
[4]Nevertheless these shall ye not eat of them that only chew the cud, or of them that only part the hoof: the camel, because he cheweth the cud but parteth not the hoof, he is unclean unto you. |
| [5]καίC ὁRA-ASM δασύπουςN3D-ASM ὅτιC ἀναἄγωV1-PAI3S μηρυκισμόςN2-ASM οὗτοςRD-NSN καίC ὁπλήN1-ASF οὐD διχηλέωV2-PAI3S ἀκάθαρτοςA1B-NSN οὗτοςRD-NSN σύRP-DP |
[5]And the rock-badger, because he cheweth the cud but parteth not the hoof, he is unclean unto you. |
| [6]καίC ὁRA-ASM χοιρογρύλλιοςN2-ASM ὅτιC ἀναἄγωV1-PAI3S μηρυκισμόςN2-ASM οὗτοςRD-NSN καίC ὁπλήN1-ASF οὐD διχηλέωV2-PAI3S ἀκάθαρτοςA1B-NSN οὗτοςRD-NSN σύRP-DP |
[6]And the hare, because she cheweth the cud but parteth not the hoof, she is unclean unto you |
| [7]καίC ὁRA-ASM ὗςN3-ASM ὅτιC διχηλέωV2-PAI3S ὁπλήN1-ASF οὗτοςRD-NSN καίC ὀνυχίζωV1-PAI3S ὄνυξN3-APF ὁπλήN1-GSF καίC οὗτοςRD-NSN οὐD ἀναἄγωV1-PAI3S μηρυκισμόςN2-ASM ἀκάθαρτοςA1B-NSN οὗτοςRD-NSN σύRP-DP |
[7]And the swine, because he parteth the hoof, and is cloven-footed, but cheweth not the cud, he is unclean unto you. |
| [8]ἀπόP ὁRA-GPN κρέαςN3-GPN αὐτόςRD-GPN οὐD ἐσθίωVF-FMI2P καίC ὁRA-GPN θνησιμαῖοςA1A-GPN αὐτόςRD-GPN οὐD ἅπτομαιVF-FMI2P ἀκάθαρτοςA1B-NPN οὗτοςRD-NPN σύRP-DP |
[8]Of their flesh ye shall not eat, and their carcasses ye shall not touch; they are unclean unto you. |
| [9]καίC οὗτοςRD-NPN ὅςRR-APN ἐσθίωVF-FMI2P ἀπόP πᾶςA3-GPN ὁRA-GPN ἐνP ὁRA-DPN ὕδωρN3T-DPN πᾶςA3-APN ὅσοςA1-APN εἰμίV9-PAI3S αὐτόςRD-DPN πτερυγίονN2N-NPN καίC λεπίςN3D-NPF ἐνP ὁRA-DPN ὕδωρN3T-DPN καίC ἐνP ὁRA-DPF θάλασσαN1S-DPF καίC ἐνP ὁRA-DPM χειμάρρουςN2-DPM οὗτοςRD-APN ἐσθίωVF-FMI2P |
[9]These may ye eat of all that are in the waters: whatsoever hath fins and scales in the waters, in the seas, and in the rivers, them may ye eat. |
| [10]καίC πᾶςA3-APN ὅσοςA1-APN οὐD εἰμίV9-PAI3S αὐτόςRD-DPN πτερυγίονN2N-NPN οὐδέC λεπίςN3D-NPF ἐνP ὁRA-DSN ὕδωρN3T-DSN ἤC ἐνP ὁRA-DPF θάλασσαN1S-DPF καίC ἐνP ὁRA-DPM χειμάρρουςN2-DPM ἀπόP πᾶςA3-GPN ὅςRR-GPN ἐρεύγομαιV1-PMI3S ὁRA-NPN ὕδωρN3T-NPN καίC ἀπόP πᾶςA1S-GSF ψυχήN1-GSF ζάωV3-PAPGSF ὁRA-GSF ἐνP ὁRA-DSN ὕδωρN3T-DSN βδέλυγμαN3M-NSN εἰμίV9-PAI3S |
[10]And all that have not fins and scales in the seas, and in the rivers, of all that swarm in the waters, and of all the living creatures that are in the waters, they are a detestable thing unto you, |
| [11]καίC βδέλυγμαN3M-NPN εἰμίVF-FMI3P σύRP-DP ἀπόP ὁRA-GPN κρέαςN3-GPN αὐτόςRD-GPN οὐD ἐσθίωVF-FMI2P καίC ὁRA-APN θνησιμαῖοςA1A-APN αὐτόςRD-GPN βδελύσσωVF-FMI2P |
[11]And they shall be a detestable thing unto you; ye shall not eat of their flesh, and their carcasses ye shall have in detestation. |
| [12]καίC πᾶςA3-NPN ὅσοςA1-NPN οὐD εἰμίV9-PAI3S αὐτόςRD-DPN πτερυγίονN2N-NPN καίC λεπίςN3D-NPF ὁRA-GPN ἐνP ὁRA-DSN ὕδωρN3T-DSN βδέλυγμαN3M-NSN οὗτοςRD-NSN εἰμίV9-PAI3S σύRP-DP |
[12]Whatsoever hath no fins nor scales in the waters, that is a detestable thing unto you. |
| [13]καίC οὗτοςRD-APN βδελύσσωVF-FMI2P ἀπόP ὁRA-GPN πετεινόνN2N-GPN καίC οὐD βιβρώσκωVC-FPI3S βδέλυγμαN3M-NSN εἰμίV9-PAI3S ὁRA-ASM ἀετόςN2-ASM καίC ὁRA-ASM γρύψN3P-ASM καίC ὁRA-ASM ἁλιάετοςN2-ASM |
[13]And these ye shall have in detestation among the fowls; they shall not be eaten, they are a detestable thing: the great vulture, and the bearde vulture, and the ospray; |
| [14]καίC ὁRA-ASM γύψN3P-ASM καίC ἰκτίνN3N-ASM καίC ὁRA-APN ὅμοιοςA1A-APN αὐτόςRD-DSM |
[14]And the kite, and the falcon after its kinds; |
| [15]καίC κόραξN3K-ASM καίC ὁRA-APN ὅμοιοςA1A-APN αὐτόςRD-DSM |
[15]Every raven after its kinds; |
| [16]καίC στρουθόςN2-ASM καίC γλαύξN3K-ASF καίC λάροςN2-ASM καίC ὁRA-APN ὅμοιοςA1A-APN αὐτόςRD-DSM καίC ἱέραξN3K-ASM καίC ὁRA-APN ὅμοιοςA1A-APN αὐτόςRD-DSM |
[16]And the ostrich, and the night-hawk, and the sea-mew, and the hawk after its kinds; |
| [17]καίC νυκτικόραξN3K-ASM καίC καταρράκτηςN1M-ASM καίC ἶβιςN3-ASF |
[17]And the little owl, and the cormorant, and the great owl; |
| [18]καίC πορφυρίωνN3W-ASM καίC πελεκάνN3-ASM καίC κύκνοςN2-ASM |
[18]And the horned owl, and the pelican, and carrion-vulture; |
| [19]καίC γλαύξN3K-ASF καίC ἐρωδιόςN2-ASN καίC χαραδριόςN2-ASM καίC ὁRA-APN ὅμοιοςA1A-APN αὐτόςRD-DSM καίC ἔποψN3P-ASM καίC νυκτερίςN3D-ASF |
[19]And the stork, and the heron after its kinds, and the hoopoe, and the bat. |
| [20]καίC πᾶςA3-NPN ὁRA-NPN ἑρπετόνN2N-NPN ὁRA-GPN πετεινόνN2N-GPN ὅςRR-NPN πορεύομαιV1-PMI3S ἐπίP τέσσαρεςA3-APN βδέλυγμαN3M-NPN εἰμίV9-PAI3S σύRP-DP |
[20]All winged swarming things that go upon all fours are a detestable thing unto you. |
| [21]ἀλλάC οὗτοςRD-APN ἐσθίωVF-FMI2P ἀπόP ὁRA-GPN ἑρπετόνN2N-GPN ὁRA-GPN πετεινόνN2N-GPN ὅςRR-NPN πορεύομαιV1-PMI3S ἐπίP τέσσαρεςA3-APN ὅςRR-NPN ἔχωV1-PAI3S σκέλοςN3E-APN ἄνωP ὁRA-GPM πούςN3D-GPM αὐτόςRD-GSN πηδάωV3-PAN ἐνP αὐτόςRD-DPN ἐπίP ὁRA-GSF γῆN1-GSF |
[21]Yet these may ye eat of all winged swarming things that go upon all fours, which have jointed legs above their feet, wherewith to leap upon the earth; |
| [22]καίC οὗτοςRD-APN ἐσθίωVF-FMI2P ἀπόP αὐτόςRD-GPN ὁRA-ASM βροῦχοςN2-ASM καίC ὁRA-APN ὅμοιοςA1A-APN αὐτόςRD-DSM καίC ὁRA-ASM ἀττάκηςN1M-ASM καίC ὁRA-APN ὅμοιοςA1A-APN αὐτόςRD-DSM καίC ὁRA-ASF ἀκρίςN3D-ASF καίC ὁRA-APN ὅμοιοςA1A-APN αὐτόςRD-DSF καίC ὁRA-ASM ὀφιομάχηςN1M-ASM καίC ὁRA-APN ὅμοιοςA1A-APN αὐτόςRD-DSM |
[22]Even these of them ye may eat: the locust after its kinds, and the bald locust after its kinds, and the cricket after its kinds, and the grasshopper after its kinds. |
| [23]πᾶςA3-NSN ἑρπετόνN2N-NSN ἀπόP ὁRA-GPN πετεινόνN2N-GPN ὅςRR-DPN εἰμίV9-PAI3S τέσσαρεςA3-NPM πούςN3D-NPM βδέλυγμαN3M-NSN εἰμίV9-PAI3S σύRP-DP |
[23]But all winged swarming things, which have four feet, are a detestable thing unto you. |
| [24]καίC ἐνP οὗτοςRD-DPN μιαίνωVC-FPI2P πᾶςA3-NSM ὁRA-NSM ἅπτομαιV1-PMPNSM ὁRA-GPN θνησιμαῖοςA1A-GPN αὐτόςRD-GPN ἀκάθαρτοςA1B-NSM εἰμίVF-FMI3S ἕωςP ἑσπέραN1A-GSF |
[24]And by these ye shall become unclean; whosoever toucheth the carcass of them shall be unclean until even. |
| [25]καίC πᾶςA3-NSM ὁRA-NSM αἴρωV1-PAPNSM ὁRA-GPN θνησιμαῖοςA1A-GPN αὐτόςRD-GPN πλύνωVF2-FAI3S ὁRA-APN ἱμάτιονN2N-APN καίC ἀκάθαρτοςA1B-NSM εἰμίVF-FMI3S ἕωςP ἑσπέραN1A-GSF |
[25]And whosoever beareth aught of the carcass of them shall wash his clothes, and be unclean until the even. |
| [26]ἐνP πᾶςA3-DPN ὁRA-DPN κτῆνοςN3E-DPN ὅςRR-NSN εἰμίV9-PAI3S διχηλέωV2-PAPNSN ὁπλήN1-ASF καίC ὀνυχιστήρN3H-APM ὀνυχίζωV1-PAI3S καίC μηρυκισμόςN2-ASM οὐD μηρυκάομαιV3-PMI3S ἀκάθαρτοςA1B-NPN εἰμίVF-FMI3P σύRP-DP πᾶςA3-NSM ὁRA-NSM ἅπτομαιV1-PMPNSM ὁRA-GPN θνησιμαῖοςA1A-GPN αὐτόςRD-GPM ἀκάθαρτοςA1B-NSM εἰμίVF-FMI3S ἕωςP ἑσπέραN1A-GSF |
[26]Every beast which parteth the hoof, but is not cloven footed, nor cheweth the cud, is unclean unto you; every one that to toucheth them shall be unclean. |
| [27]καίC πᾶςA3-NSM ὅςRR-NSM πορεύομαιV1-PMI3S ἐπίP χείρN3-GPF ἐνP πᾶςA3-DPN ὁRA-DPN θηρίονN2N-DPN ὅςRR-NPN πορεύομαιV1-PMI3S ἐπίP τέσσαρεςA3-APN ἀκάθαρτοςA1B-NPN εἰμίVF-FMI3S σύRP-DP πᾶςA3-NSM ὁRA-NSM ἅπτομαιV1-PMPNSM ὁRA-GPN θνησιμαῖοςA1A-GPN αὐτόςRD-GPN ἀκάθαρτοςA1B-NSM εἰμίVF-FMI3S ἕωςP ἑσπέραN1A-GSF |
[27]And whatsoever goeth upon its paws, among all beasts that go on all fours, they are unclean unto you; whoso toucheth their carcass shall be unclean until the even. |
| [28]καίC ὁRA-NSM αἴρωV1-PAPNSM ὁRA-GPN θνησιμαῖοςA1A-GPN αὐτόςRD-GPN πλύνωVF2-FAI3S ὁRA-APN ἱμάτιονN2N-APN καίC ἀκάθαρτοςA1B-NSM εἰμίVF-FMI3S ἕωςP ἑσπέραN1A-GSF ἀκάθαρτοςA1B-NPN οὗτοςRD-NPN σύRP-DP εἰμίV9-PAI3S |
[28]And he that beareth the carcass of them shall wash his clothes, and be unclean until the even; they are unclean unto you. |
| [29]καίC οὗτοςRD-NPN σύRP-DP ἀκάθαρτοςA1B-NPN ἀπόP ὁRA-GPN ἑρπετόνN2N-GPN ὁRA-GPN ἕρπωV1-PAPGPN ἐπίP ὁRA-GSF γῆN1-GSF ὁRA-NSF γαλῆN1-NSF καίC ὁRA-NSM μῦςN3-NSM καίC ὁRA-NSM κροκόδειλοςN2-NSM ὁRA-NSM χερσαῖοςA1A-NSM |
[29]And these are they which are unclean unto you among the swarming things that swarm upon the earth: the weasel, and the mouse, and the great lizard after its kinds, |
| [30]μυγάληN1-NSF καίC χαμαιλέωνN3-NSM καίC καλαβώτηςN1M-NSM καίC σαύραN1A-NSF καίC ἀσπάλαξN3K-NSM |
[30]And the gecko, and the land-crocodile, and the lizard, and the sand-lizard, and the chameleon. |
| [31]οὗτοςRD-NPN ἀκάθαρτοςA1B-NPN σύRP-DP ἀπόP πᾶςA3-GPN ὁRA-GPN ἑρπετόνN2N-GPN ὁRA-GPN ἐπίP ὁRA-GSF γῆN1-GSF πᾶςA3-NSM ὁRA-NSM ἅπτομαιV1-PMPNSM αὐτόςRD-GPN θνήσκωVX-XAPGPN ἀκάθαρτοςA1B-NSM εἰμίVF-FMI3S ἕωςP ἑσπέραN1A-GSF |
[31]These are they which are unclean to you among all that swarm; whosoever doth touch them, when they are dead, shall be unclean until the even. |
| [32]καίC πᾶςA3-NSN ἐπίP ὅςRR-ASN ἄνX ἐπιπίπτωVB-AAS3S ἀπόP αὐτόςRD-GPN θνήσκωVX-XAPGPN αὐτόςRD-GPN ἀκάθαρτοςA1B-NSN εἰμίVF-FMI3S ἀπόP πᾶςA3-GSN σκεῦοςN3E-GSN ξύλινοςA1-GSN ἤC ἱμάτιονN2N-GSN ἤC δέρμαN3M-GSN ἤC σάκκοςN2-GSM πᾶςA3-NSN σκεῦοςN3E-NSN ὅςRR-NSN ἐάνC ποιέωVC-APS3S ἔργονN2N-NSN ἐνP αὐτόςRD-DSN εἰςP ὕδωρN3-ASN βάπτωVD-FPI3S καίC ἀκάθαρτοςA1B-NSN εἰμίVF-FMI3S ἕωςP ἑσπέραN1A-GSF καίC καθαρόςA1A-NSN εἰμίVF-FMI3S |
[32]And upon whatsoever any of them, when they are dead, doth fall, it shall be unclean; whether it be any vessel of wood, or raiment, or skin, or sack, whatsoever vessel it be, wherewith any work is done, it must be put into water, and it shall be unclean until the even; then shall it be clean. |
| [33]καίC πᾶςA3-NSN σκεῦοςN3E-NSN ὀστράκινοςA1-NSN εἰςP ὅςRR-ASN ἐάνC πίπτωVB-AAS3S ἀπόP οὗτοςRD-GPN ἔνδονD ὅσοςA1-NPN ἐάνC ἔνδονD εἰμίV9-PAS3S ἀκάθαρτοςA1B-NPN εἰμίVF-FMI3S καίC αὐτόςRD-NSN συντρίβωVD-FPI3S |
[33]And every earthen vessel whereinto any of them falleth, whatsoever is in it shall be unclean, and it ye shall break. |
| [34]καίC πᾶςA3-NSN βρῶμαN3M-NSN ὅςRR-NSN ἐσθίωV1-PPI3S εἰςP ὅςRR-ASN ἐάνC ἐπιἔρχομαιVB-AAS3S ἐπίP αὐτόςRD-ASN ὕδωρN3-NSN ἀκάθαρτοςA1B-NSN εἰμίVF-FMI3S καίC πᾶςA3-NSN ποτόςA1-NSM ὅςRR-NSN πίνωV1-PPI3S ἐνP πᾶςA3-DSN ἀγγεῖονN2N-DSN ἀκάθαρτοςA1B-NSN εἰμίVF-FMI3S |
[34]All food therein which may be eaten, that on which water cometh, shall be unclean; and all drink in every such vessel that may be drunk shall be unclean. |
| [35]καίC πᾶςA3-NSN ὅςRR-NSN ἐάνC πίπτωVB-AAS3S ἀπόP ὁRA-GPN θνησιμαῖοςA1A-GPN αὐτόςRD-GPN ἐπίP αὐτόςRD-ASN ἀκάθαρτοςA1B-NSN εἰμίVF-FMI3S κλίβανοςN2-NPM καίC κυθρόπουςN3D-NPM κατααἱρέωVC-FPI3P ἀκάθαρτοςA1B-NPN οὗτοςRD-NPN εἰμίV9-PAI3S καίC ἀκάθαρτοςA1B-NPN οὗτοςRD-NPN σύRP-DP εἰμίVF-FMI3P |
[35]And every thing whereupon any part of their carcass falleth shall be unclean; whether oven, or range for pots, it shall be broken in pieces; they are unclean, and shall be unclean unto you. |
| [36]πλήνD πηγήN1-GPF ὕδωρN3T-GPN καίC λάκκοςN2-GSM καίC συναγωγήN1-GSF ὕδωρN3T-GSN εἰμίVF-FMI3S καθαρόςA1A-NSN ὁRA-NSM δέX ἅπτομαιV1-PMPNSM ὁRA-GPN θνησιμαῖοςA1A-GPN αὐτόςRD-GPN ἀκάθαρτοςA1B-NSM εἰμίVF-FMI3S |
[36]Nevertheless a fountain or a cistern wherein is a gathering of water shall be clean; but he who toucheth their carcass shall be unclean. |
| [37]ἐάνC δέX ἐπιπίπτωVB-AAS3S ὁRA-GPN θνησιμαῖοςA1A-GPN αὐτόςRD-GPN ἐπίP πᾶςA3-ASN σπέρμαN3M-ASN σπόριμονA1B-ASN ὅςRR-NSN σπείρωVD-FPI3S καθαρόςA1A-NSN εἰμίVF-FMI3S |
[37]And if aught of their carcass fall upon any sowing seed which is to be sown, it is clean. |
| [38]ἐάνC δέX ἐπιχέωVC-APS3S ὕδωρN3-NSN ἐπίP πᾶςA3-ASN σπέρμαN3M-ASN καίC ἐπιπίπτωVB-AAS3S ὁRA-GPN θνησιμαῖοςA1A-GPN αὐτόςRD-GPN ἐπίP αὐτόςRD-ASN ἀκάθαρτοςA1B-NSN εἰμίV9-PAI3S σύRP-DP |
[38]But if water be put upon the seed, and aught of their carcass fall thereon, it is unclean unto you. |
| [39]ἐάνC δέX ἀποθνήσκωVB-AAS3S ὁRA-GPN κτῆνοςN3E-GPN ὅςRR-NSN εἰμίV9-PAI3S σύRP-DP οὗτοςRD-ASN ἐσθίωVB-AAN ὁRA-NSM ἅπτομαιV1-PMPNSM ὁRA-GPN θνησιμαῖοςA1A-GPN αὐτόςRD-GPN ἀκάθαρτοςA1B-NSM εἰμίVF-FMI3S ἕωςP ἑσπέραN1A-GSF |
[39]And if any beast, of which ye may eat, die, he that toucheth the carcass thereof shall be unclean until the even. |
| [40]καίC ὁRA-NSM ἐσθίωV1-PAPNSM ἀπόP ὁRA-GPN θνησιμαῖοςA1A-GPN οὗτοςRD-GPN πλύνωVF2-FAI3S ὁRA-APN ἱμάτιονN2N-APN καίC ἀκάθαρτοςA1B-NSM εἰμίVF-FMI3S ἕωςP ἑσπέραN1A-GSF καίC ὁRA-NSM αἴρωV1-PAPNSM ἀπόP θνησιμαῖοςA1A-GPN αὐτόςRD-GPN πλύνωVF2-FAI3S ὁRA-APN ἱμάτιονN2N-APN καίC λούωVF-FMI3S ὕδωρN3T-DSN καίC ἀκάθαρτοςA1B-NSM εἰμίVF-FMI3S ἕωςP ἑσπέραN1A-GSF |
[40]And he that eateth of the carcass of it shall wash his clothes, and be unclean until the even; he also that beareth the carcass of it shall wash his clothes, and be unclean until the even. |
| [41]καίC πᾶςA3-NSN ἑρπετόνN2N-NSN ὅςRR-NSN ἕρπωV1-PAI3S ἐπίP ὁRA-GSF γῆN1-GSF βδέλυγμαN3M-NSN οὗτοςRD-NSN εἰμίVF-FMI3S σύRP-DP οὐD βιβρώσκωVC-FPI3S |
[41]And every swarming thing that swarmeth upon the earth is a detestable thing; it shall not be eaten. |

[42]Whatsoever goeth upon the belly, a whatsoever goeth upon all fours, or whatsoever hath many feet, even all swarming things that swarm upon the earth, them ye shall not eat; for they are a detestable thing. |
