[1]και ελεγεν αυτοις αμην λεγω υμιν οτι εισιν τινες των ωδε εστηκοτων οιτινες ου μη γευσωνται θανατου εως αν ιδωσιν την βασιλειαν του θεου εληλυθυιαν εν δυναμει [1]And said He to them amen say I to you that there are men who are standing here who not shall taste death until they will behold the kingdom of Alaha that is coming with powerful works
[2]και μεθ ημερας εξ παραλαμβανει ο ιησους τον πετρον και τον ιακωβον και τον ιωαννην και αναφερει αυτους εις ορος υψηλον κατ ιδιαν μονους και μετεμορφωθη εμπροσθεν αυτων [2]And after six days led Ieshu Kaypha and Yaqob and Yokhanan and took up them to a mountain high by themselves and He was transfigured to their eyes
[3]και τα ιματια αυτου εγενετο στιλβοντα λευκα λιαν ως χιων οια γναφευς επι της γης ου δυναται λευκαναι [3]And shining was His garment and became white very like snow in a manner the sons of men to whiten in the earth not are not able
[4]και ωφθη αυτοις ηλιας συν μωσει και ησαν συλλαλουντες τω ιησου [4]And appeared to them Elia and Moshe while they were speaking with Ieshu
[5]και αποκριθεις ο πετρος λεγει τω ιησου ραββι καλον εστιν ημας ωδε ειναι και ποιησωμεν σκηνας τρεις σοι μιαν και μωσει μιαν και ηλια μιαν [5]And said to him Kaypha Rabbi beautiful it is to us that here we should be and let us make three tabernacles for You one and for Moshe one and for Elia one
[6]ου γαρ ηδει τι λαληση ησαν γαρ εκφοβοι [6]Not but knew he what he said they were for in awe
[7]και εγενετο νεφελη επισκιαζουσα αυτοις και ηλθεν φωνη εκ της νεφελης λεγουσα ουτος εστιν ο υιος μου ο αγαπητος αυτου ακουετε [7]And there was a cloud and a shelter it was about them and a voice from the cloud that said This is My Son The Beloved Him hear
[8]και εξαπινα περιβλεψαμενοι ουκετι ουδενα ειδον αλλα τον ιησουν μονον μεθ εαυτων [8]And from the stillness afterward gazed up the disciples a man not they saw except Ieshu alone with them
[9]καταβαινοντων δε αυτων απο του ορους διεστειλατο αυτοις ινα μηδενι διηγησωνται α ειδον ει μη οταν ο υιος του ανθρωπου εκ νεκρων αναστη [9]And when they descended from the mountain commanded He to them that a man not they shall tell anything that they saw but only when rises the Son of Man from the dead
[10]και τον λογον εκρατησαν προς εαυτους συζητουντες τι εστιν το εκ νεκρων αναστηναι [10]And they seized the statement in themselves and inquiring they were what? is this statement that when He rises from among the dead
[11]και επηρωτων αυτον λεγοντες οτι λεγουσιν οι γραμματεις οτι ηλιαν δει ελθειν πρωτον [11]And asking they were Him and they were saying why? therefore are saying the Scribes that Elia must come first
[12]ο δε αποκριθεις ειπεν αυτοις ηλιας μεν ελθων πρωτον αποκαθιστα παντα και πως γεγραπται επι τον υιον του ανθρωπου ινα πολλα παθη και εξουδενωθη [12]He said to them Elia comes first that all things he may restore and just as it is written about the Son of Man much he will suffer and he will be rejected
[13]αλλα λεγω υμιν οτι και ηλιας εληλυθεν και εποιησαν αυτω οσα ηθελησαν καθως γεγραπται επ αυτον [13]But say I to you that also Elia has come and they did to him everything whatever they wanted Just as it is written about him
[14]και ελθων προς τους μαθητας ειδεν οχλον πολυν περι αυτους και γραμματεις συζητουντας αυτοις [14]And when He came to the disciples He saw among them the crowds great and the Scribes when debating with them
[15]και ευθεως πας ο οχλος ιδων αυτον εξεθαμβηθη και προστρεχοντες ησπαζοντο αυτον [15]And son of a moment all the crowds saw Him and they were astounded and they ran they invoked peace
[16]και επηρωτησεν τους γραμματεις τι συζητειτε προς αυτους [16]And asking He was the scribes what? debating are you with them
[17]και αποκριθεις εις εκ του οχλου ειπεν διδασκαλε ηνεγκα τον υιον μου προς σε εχοντα πνευμα αλαλον [17]Answered one from the crowds and said Teacher I brought my son unto You who is to him a spirit that not is speaking
[18]και οπου αν αυτον καταλαβη ρησσει αυτον και αφριζει και τριζει τους οδοντας αυτου και ξηραινεται και ειπον τοις μαθηταις σου ινα αυτο εκβαλωσιν και ουκ ισχυσαν [18]And whenever it comes upon him it throws him and beats him and he gnashes his teeth and he wastes away and I spoke to Your disciples that they might cast it out and not they were able
[19]ο δε αποκριθεις αυτω λεγει ω γενεα απιστος εως ποτε προς υμας εσομαι εως ποτε ανεξομαι υμων φερετε αυτον προς με [19]Answered Ieshu and said to him Oh! generation without faith until when? shall I be with you until when? shall I endure you bring him to Me
[20]και ηνεγκαν αυτον προς αυτον και ιδων αυτον ευθεως το πνευμα εσπαραξεν αυτον και πεσων επι της γης εκυλιετο αφριζων [20]And they brought him to Him and when saw Him the spirit son of a moment he threw him and he fell on the ground and was convulsed he and he foamed
[21]και επηρωτησεν τον πατερα αυτου ποσος χρονος εστιν ως τουτο γεγονεν αυτω ο δε ειπεν παιδιοθεν [21]Asked Ieshu his father how long? to him a time now from that thus it is he said to Him now from his childhood
[22]και πολλακις αυτον και εις πυρ εβαλεν και εις υδατα ινα απολεση αυτον αλλ ει τι δυνασαι βοηθησον ημιν σπλαγχνισθεις εφ ημας [22]And times many it has thrown him into fire and into water that it may destroy him but anything can do you help me and have mercy on me
[23]ο δε ιησους ειπεν αυτω το ει δυνασαι πιστευσαι παντα δυνατα τω πιστευοντι [23]Said to him Ieshu if able you are that you shall believe every thing can happen to the one who believes
[24]και ευθεως κραξας ο πατηρ του παιδιου μετα δακρυων ελεγεν πιστευω κυριε βοηθει μου τη απιστια [24]And son of a moment cried out his father of the boy while he wept and said believe I my lord help the lack of my faith
[25]ιδων δε ο ιησους οτι επισυντρεχει οχλος επετιμησεν τω πνευματι τω ακαθαρτω λεγων αυτω το πνευμα το αλαλον και κωφον εγω σοι επιτασσω εξελθε εξ αυτου και μηκετι εισελθης εις αυτον [25]When saw but Ieshu that ran the people and gathered near Him He rebuked that spirit unclean and He said to it spirit deaf that not does speak I commanding am you go out from him and again not you shall enter him
[26]και κραξαν και πολλα σπαραξαν αυτον εξηλθεν και εγενετο ωσει νεκρος ωστε πολλους λεγειν οτι απεθανεν [26]And screamed demon that greatly and pounded him and went out and he was like a dead person so many were saying that was dead he
[27]ο δε ιησους κρατησας αυτον της χειρος ηγειρεν αυτον και ανεστη [27]Did but Ieshu take him by his hand and raised him up
[28]και εισελθοντα αυτον εις οικον οι μαθηται αυτου επηρωτων αυτον κατ ιδιαν οτι ημεις ουκ ηδυνηθημεν εκβαλειν αυτο [28]When entered but the house Ieshu they asked Him His disciples among themselves Why? we not we were able to cast it out
[29]και ειπεν αυτοις τουτο το γενος εν ουδενι δυναται εξελθειν ει μη εν προσευχη και νηστεια [29]He said to them this sort in anything not can come out except by a fast and by prayer
[30]και εκειθεν εξελθοντες παρεπορευοντο δια της γαλιλαιας και ουκ ηθελεν ινα τις γνω [30]And when He went out from there passing through they were Galila and not wanted He that a man would recognize Him
[31]εδιδασκεν γαρ τους μαθητας αυτου και ελεγεν αυτοις οτι ο υιος του ανθρωπου παραδιδοται εις χειρας ανθρωπων και αποκτενουσιν αυτον και αποκτανθεις τη τριτη ημερα αναστησεται [31]Teaching He was for His disciples and He said to them The Son of Man will be delivered into the hands of men and they will kill Him and when He has been killed on day three He shall rise
[32]οι δε ηγνοουν το ρημα και εφοβουντο αυτον επερωτησαι [32]Those but not understanding were that saying and afraid they were that they should ask Him
[33]και ηλθεν εις καπερναουμ και εν τη οικια γενομενος επηρωτα αυτους τι εν τη οδω προς εαυτους διελογιζεσθε [33]And they came to Kapernakhum and when they entered to the house asked He them What? reasoning were you in the road among yourselves
[34]οι δε εσιωπων προς αλληλους γαρ διελεχθησαν εν τη οδω τις μειζων [34]They but silent they were arguing they had been for on the road one with another who is? greatest among them
[35]και καθισας εφωνησεν τους δωδεκα και λεγει αυτοις ει τις θελει πρωτος ειναι εσται παντων εσχατος και παντων διακονος [35]And sat down Ieshu and He called the twelve and said to them He who wants to be first shall be last and a servant of every person
[36]και λαβων παιδιον εστησεν αυτο εν μεσω αυτων και εναγκαλισαμενος αυτο ειπεν αυτοις [36]And He took a boy a certain and stood him in the midst and took him on His shoulders and He said to them
[37]ος εαν εν των τοιουτων παιδιων δεξηται επι τω ονοματι μου εμε δεχεται και ος εαν εμε δεξηται ουκ εμε δεχεται αλλα τον αποστειλαντα με [37]Everyone whoever shall receive such as this boy in My Name Me he is receiving and whoever Me receives not has Me received if not Him Who has sent Me
[38]απεκριθη δε αυτω ο ιωαννης λεγων διδασκαλε ειδομεν τινα {VAR2: εν } τω ονοματι σου εκβαλλοντα δαιμονια ος ουκ ακολουθει ημιν και εκωλυσαμεν αυτον οτι ουκ ακολουθει ημιν [38]Said to him Yokhanan Rabbi we saw a man who was casting out demons in your name and we forbade him on the account that not he went out with us
[39]ο δε ιησους ειπεν μη κωλυετε αυτον ουδεις γαρ εστιν ος ποιησει δυναμιν επι τω ονοματι μου και δυνησεται ταχυ κακολογησαι με [39]Said to them Ieshu do not forbid him there is not for a man who does a powerful work in My Name and can soon speak about Me badly
[40]ος γαρ ουκ εστιν καθ {VAR1: υμων υπερ υμων } {VAR2: ημων υπερ ημων } εστιν [40]Whoever not is therefore against you for you is
[41]ος γαρ αν ποτιση υμας ποτηριον υδατος εν τω ονοματι μου οτι χριστου εστε αμην λεγω υμιν ου μη απολεση τον μισθον αυτου [41]Everyone but who will give you to drink a cup of water only in the name that one who belongs to The Messiah you are amen say I to you that not he shall lose his reward
[42]και ος αν σκανδαλιση ενα των μικρων {VAR2: τουτων } των πιστευοντων εις εμε καλον εστιν αυτω μαλλον ει περικειται λιθος μυλικος περι τον τραχηλον αυτου και βεβληται εις την θαλασσαν [42]And everyone who shall stumble one from these little ones who are believing in Me better it were for him if set were a millstone of a donkey around his neck and he were cast in the sea
[43]και εαν σκανδαλιζη σε η χειρ σου αποκοψον αυτην καλον σοι εστιν κυλλον εις την ζωην εισελθειν η τας δυο χειρας εχοντα απελθειν εις την γεενναν εις το πυρ το ασβεστον [43]If but stumbles you your hand cut it off better it is for you maimed that you enter The Life than when there are to you two hands that you go to Gehenna
[44]οπου ο σκωληξ αυτων ου τελευτα και το πυρ ου σβεννυται [44]Where their worm not dies and their fire not is quenched
[45]και εαν ο πους σου σκανδαλιζη σε αποκοψον αυτον καλον εστιν σοι εισελθειν εις την ζωην χωλον η τους δυο ποδας εχοντα βληθηναι εις την γεενναν εις το πυρ το ασβεστον [45]And if your foot stumbles you cut it off better it is for you that you enter The Life crippled than when there are to you two feet that you fall into Gehenna
[46]οπου ο σκωληξ αυτων ου τελευτα και το πυρ ου σβεννυται [46]Where their worm not dies and their fire not is quenched
[47]και εαν ο οφθαλμος σου σκανδαλιζη σε εκβαλε αυτον καλον σοι εστιν μονοφθαλμον εισελθειν εις την βασιλειαν του θεου η δυο οφθαλμους εχοντα βληθηναι εις την γεενναν του πυρος [47]And if your eye stumbles you pluck it out better it is for you that with one of your eyes you enter the kingdom of Alaha than when there are to you two eyes you fall in the Gehenna of fire
[48]οπου ο σκωληξ αυτων ου τελευτα και το πυρ ου σβεννυται [48]Where their worm not dies and their fire not is quenched
[49]πας γαρ πυρι αλισθησεται και πασα θυσια αλι αλισθησεται [49]Everything for with fire will be seasoned and every sacrifice with salt will be seasoned
[50]καλον το αλας εαν δε το αλας αναλον γενηται εν τινι αυτο αρτυσετε εχετε εν εαυτοις αλας και ειρηνευετε εν αλληλοις [50]Excellent is salt if but salt becomes tasteless with what? shall it be seasoned there shall be in you salt and at peace be one with another
