[1]And MosesH4872 went upH5927[H8799] from the plainsH6160 of MoabH4124 unto the mountainH2022 of NeboH5015, to the topH7218 of PisgahH6449, that is over againstH6440 JerichoH3405. And the LORDH3068 shewedH7200[H8686] him all the landH776 of GileadH1568, unto DanH1835, [1]Then Moses went from the plain of Moab up into mount Nebo unto the top of Pisgah that is over against Jericho: and the Lord showed him all the land of Gilead, unto Dan,
[2]And all NaphtaliH5321, and the landH776 of EphraimH669, and ManassehH4519, and all the landH776 of JudahH3063, unto the utmostH314 seaH3220, [2]And all Naphtali and the land of Ephraim and Manasseh, and all the land of Judah, unto the utmost sea:
[3]And the southH5045, and the plainH3603 of the valleyH1237 of JerichoH3405, the cityH5892 of palm treesH8558[H8677][H5899], unto ZoarH6820. [3]And the south, and the plain of the valley of Jericho, the city of palm trees, unto Zoar.
[4]And the LORDH3068 saidH559[H8799] unto him, This is the landH776 which I swareH7650[H8738] unto AbrahamH85, unto IsaacH3327, and unto JacobH3290, sayingH559[H8800], I will giveH5414[H8799] it unto thy seedH2233: I have caused thee to seeH7200[H8689] it with thine eyesH5869, but thou shalt not go overH5674 thitherH8799. [4]And the Lord said unto him, This is the land which I swear unto Abraham, to Isaac and to Jacob saying, I will give it unto thy seed: I have caused thee to see it with thine eyes, but thou shalt not go over thither.
[5]So MosesH4872 the servantH5650 of the LORDH3068 diedH4191[H8799] there in the landH776 of MoabH4124, according to the wordH6310 of the LORDH3068. [5]So Moses the servant of the Lord died there in the land of Moab, according to the word of the Lord.
[6]And he buriedH6912[H8799] him in a valleyH1516 in the landH776 of MoabH4124, over againstH4136 BethpeorH1047: but no manH376 knowethH3045[H8804] of his sepulchreH6900 unto this dayH3117. [6]And he buried him in a valley in the land of Moab over against Beth-peor, but no man knoweth of his sepulcher unto this day.
[7]And MosesH4872 was an hundredH3967 and twentyH6242 yearsH8141 oldH1121 when he diedH4194: his eyeH5869 was not dimH3543[H8804], nor his natural forceH3893 abatedH5127.[H8804] [7]Moses was now an hundred and twenty year old when he died, his eye was not dim, nor his natural force abated.
[8]And the childrenH1121 of IsraelH3478 weptH1058[H8799] for MosesH4872 in the plainsH6160 of MoabH4124 thirtyH7970 daysH3117: so the daysH3117 of weepingH1065 and mourningH60 for MosesH4872 were endedH8552.[H8799] [8]And the children of Israel wept for Moses in the plain of Moab thirty days: so the days of weeping and mourning for Moses were ended.
[9]And JoshuaH3091 the sonH1121 of NunH5126 was fullH4392 of the spiritH7307 of wisdomH2451; for MosesH4872 had laidH5564[H8804] his handsH3027 upon him: and the childrenH1121 of IsraelH3478 hearkenedH8085[H8799] unto him, and didH6213[H8799] as the LORDH3068 commandedH6680[H8765] MosesH4872. [9]And Joshua the son of Nun was full of the spirit of wisdom: for Moses had put his hands upon him. And the children of Israel were obedient unto him, and did as the Lord had commanded Moses.
[10]And there aroseH6965[H8804] not a prophetH5030 sinceH5750 in IsraelH3478 like unto MosesH4872, whom the LORDH3068 knewH3045[H8804] faceH6440 to faceH6440, [10]But there arose not a prophet since in Israel like unto Moses (whom the Lord knew face to face)
[11]In all the signsH226 and the wondersH4159, which the LORDH3068 sentH7971[H8804] him to doH6213[H8800] in the landH776 of EgyptH4714 to PharaohH6547, and to all his servantsH5650, and to all his landH776, [11]In all the miracles and wonders which the Lord sent him to do in the land of Egypt before Pharaoh and before all his servants, and before all his land,
[12]And in all that mightyH2389 handH3027, and in all the greatH1419 terrorH4172 which MosesH4872 shewedH6213[H8804] in the sightH5869 of all IsraelH3478. [12]And in all that mighty hand and all that great fear, which Moses wrought in the sight of all Israel.
