| [3]Forsothe Adam lyuede an hundrid yeer and thretti, and gendride a sone to his ymage and liknesse, and clepide his name Seth. |
[3]ויחי אדם שלשים ומאת שנה ויולד בדמותו כצלמו ויקרא את שמו שת |
| [4]And the daies of Adam after that he gendride Seth weren maad eiyte hundrid yeer, and he gendride sones and douytris. |
[4]ויהיו ימי אדם אחרי הולידו את שת שמנה מאת שנה ויולד בנים ובנות |
| [5]And al the tyme in which Adam lyuede was maad nyne hundrid yeer and thretti, and he was deed. |
[5]ויהיו כל ימי אדם אשר חי תשע מאות שנה ושלשים שנה וימת |
| [6]Also Seth lyuede an hundrid and fyue yeer, and gendride Enos. |
[6]ויחי שת חמש שנים ומאת שנה ויולד את אנוש |
| [7]And Seth lyuede aftir that he gendride Enos eiyte hundrid and seuen yeer, and gendride sones and douytris. |
[7]ויחי שת אחרי הולידו את אנוש שבע שנים ושמנה מאות שנה ויולד בנים ובנות |
| [8]And alle the daies of Seth weren maad nyne hundrid and twelue yeer, and he was deed. |
[8]ויהיו כל ימי שת שתים עשרה שנה ותשע מאות שנה וימת |
| [9]Forsothe Enos lyuede nynti yeer, and gendride Caynan; |
[9]ויחי אנוש תשעים שנה ויולד את קינן |
| [10]aftir whos birthe Enos lyuede eiyte hundrid and fiftene yeer, and gendride sones and douytris. |
[10]ויחי אנוש אחרי הולידו את קינן חמש עשרה שנה ושמנה מאות שנה ויולד בנים ובנות |
| [11]And alle the daies of Enos weren maad nyne hundrid and fyue yeer, and he was deed. |
[11]ויהיו כל ימי אנוש חמש שנים ותשע מאות שנה וימת |
| [12]Also Caynan lyuyde seuenti yeer, and gendride Malalehel. |
[12]ויחי קינן שבעים שנה ויולד את מהללאל |
| [13]And Caynan lyuede after that he gendride Malalehel eiyte hundrid and fourti yeer, and gendride sones and douytris. |
[13]ויחי קינן אחרי הולידו את מהללאל ארבעים שנה ושמנה מאות שנה ויולד בנים ובנות |
| [14]And alle the dayes of Caynan weren maad nyn hundrid and ten yeer, and he was deed. |
[14]ויהיו כל ימי קינן עשר שנים ותשע מאות שנה וימת |
| [15]Forsothe Malalehel lyuede sixti yeer and fyue, and gendride Jared. |
[15]ויחי מהללאל חמש שנים וששים שנה ויולד את ירד |
| [16]And Malalehel lyuede aftir that he gendride Jared eiyte hundrid and thretti yeer, and gendride sones and douytris. |
[16]ויחי מהללאל אחרי הולידו את ירד שלשים שנה ושמנה מאות שנה ויולד בנים ובנות |
| [17]And alle the daies of Malalehel weren maad eiyte hundrid nynti and fyue yeer, and he was deed. |
[17]ויהיו כל ימי מהללאל חמש ותשעים שנה ושמנה מאות שנה וימת |
| [18]And Jared lyuede an hundrid and two and sixti yeer, and gendride Enoth. |
[18]ויחי ירד שתים וששים שנה ומאת שנה ויולד את חנוך |
| [19]And Jared lyuede aftir that he gendride Enoth eiyte hundrid yeer, and gendride sones and douytris. |
[19]ויחי ירד אחרי הולידו את חנוך שמנה מאות שנה ויולד בנים ובנות |
| [20]And alle the dayes of Jared weren maad nyn hundrid and twei and sexti yeer, and he was deed. |
[20]ויהיו כל ימי ירד שתים וששים שנה ותשע מאות שנה וימת |
| [21]Forsothe Enoth lyuede fyue and sixti yeer, and gendride Matusalem. |
[21]ויחי חנוך חמש וששים שנה ויולד את מתושלח |
| [22]And Enoth yede with God; and Enoth lyuede after that he gendride Matusalem thre hundrid yeer, and gendride sones and douytris. |
[22]ויתהלך חנוך את האלהים אחרי הולידו את מתושלח שלש מאות שנה ויולד בנים ובנות |
| [23]And alle the daies of Enoth weren maad thre hundride and fyue and sexti yeer. |
[23]ויהי כל ימי חנוך חמש וששים שנה ושלש מאות שנה |
| [24]And Enoth yeed with God, and apperide not afterward, for God took hym awei. |
[24]ויתהלך חנוך את האלהים ואיננו כי לקח אתו אלהים |
| [25]Also Matusalem lyuede an hundrid and `fourscoor yeer and seuene, and gendride Lameth. |
[25]ויחי מתושלח שבע ושמנים שנה ומאת שנה ויולד את למך |
| [26]And Matusalem lyuede after that he gendride Lameth seuene hundrid and `fourscoor yeer and twei, and gendride sones and douytris. |
[26]ויחי מתושלח אחרי הולידו את למך שתים ושמונים שנה ושבע מאות שנה ויולד בנים ובנות |
| [27]And alle the daies of Matusale weren maad nyn hundrid and nyn and sixti yeer, and he was deed. |
[27]ויהיו כל ימי מתושלח תשע וששים שנה ותשע מאות שנה וימת |
| [28]Forsothe Lameth lyuede an hundrid and `fourscoor yeer and two, and gendride a sone; |
[28]ויחי למך שתים ושמנים שנה ומאת שנה ויולד בן |
| [29]and clepide his name Noe, and seide, This man schal comforte vs of the werkis and traueilis of oure hondis, in the loond which the Lord curside. |
[29]ויקרא את שמו נח לאמר זה ינחמנו ממעשנו ומעצבון ידינו מן האדמה אשר אררה יהוה |
| [30]And Lameth lyuede after that he gendride Noe fyue hundrid `nynti and fyue yeer, and gendride sones and douytris. |
[30]ויחי למך אחרי הולידו את נח חמש ותשעים שנה וחמש מאת שנה ויולד בנים ובנות |
| [31]And alle the daies of Lameth weren maad seuene hundrid `thre scoor and seuentene yeer, and he was deed. |
[31]ויהי כל ימי למך שבע ושבעים שנה ושבע מאות שנה וימת |
| [32]ויהי נח בן חמש מאות שנה ויולד נח את שם את חם ואת יפת |
