[1]We beg but of you my brothers concerning the arrival of our Lord Ieshu The Messiah and concerning assembling our unto Him |
[1]But we beseech of you, my brethren, as it regards the coming of our Lord Jeshu Meshiha, and our assemblage with him, |
[2]That not soon you would be shaken in your minds neither be troubled not from word neither from a spirit neither from an epistle that as if from us it is that behold namely has arrived the day of our Lord |
[2]That you be not soon moved in your minds, nor perturbed, nor by word, nor by spirit, nor by letter, which [may be] as [if it were] from us, that, Behold, the day of our Lord cometh! |
[3]That no man will deceive you by any of means to the effect that surely not will come first a revolt and will be revealed the man of sin the son of destruction |
[3]Let no one deceive you by any one of the methods,ⓘ because unless there shall come first the rebellion,ⓘ and there be revealed the man of sin, the son of perdition; |
[4]He who opposing is and exalts himself against every thing that is called Alaha and religion just as also in the temple of Alaha as Alaha he will sit and he will show concerning himself as if Alaha he is |
[4]He who is the adversary, and is exalted over all who is called God and Venerable; so that also in the temple of Aloha as Aloha he will sit, and will make manifest of himself as that he is Aloha. |
[5]Do not? you remember that when with you I was these things say I did to you |
[5]Do you not remember, that, when I was with you, these I told you? |
[6]And now know you what governs that may be revealed he in his time |
[6]And now you know what [with]holdeth, that he may be revealed in his time. |
[7]The mystery for of evil from now has begun to work only surely that which now governs will be taken from the midst |
[7]For the mystery of iniquity already beginneth to be effective; only if that which now holdeth be taken from the midst, |
[8]And then will be revealed Evil One that whom our Lord Ieshu will consume him with the breath of His mouth and He will destroy him by the revelation of His coming |
[8]Then will be revealed that evil one, whom our Lord Jeshu will consume by the spirit of his mouth, and will abolish by the revelation of his advent. |
[9]The coming for of that one in the activity is of Satan in all power and signs and wonders false |
[9]For the coming of that [wicked one] is the working of Satana, with all power, and [with] signs and false miracles, |
[10]And in all error of evil that is in the perishing for that not they received the love of the truth in which they would have life |
[10]And with all unrighteous deception which is done in them who perish, because they have not received the love of the truth by which they might have been saved. |
[11]Because of this sent to them Alaha the activity of delusion that they may believe lies |
[11]Wherefore Aloha will send them the working of deception, that they will believe the lie, |
[12]They will be judged all of them those who not believed the truth but they chose evil |
[12]And all of them will be judged who have not believed in the truth, but have had pleasure in unrighteousness. |
[13]We but we are indebted to thank to Alaha always for your persons brethren beloved of our Lord for has chosen you Alaha from the beginning for Life in the sanctification of The Spirit and in belief of the truth |
[13]But we are bound to give thanks unto Aloha at all time for you, our brethren, beloved in our Lord, because Aloha hath chosen you from the beginning unto salvation, by sanctification of the Spirit, and by the belief of the truth. |

[15]Wherefore, my brethren, stand fast, and persevere in the preceptsⓘ which you have been taught, whether by word, or by our epistle. |
[16]He but our Lord Ieshu The Messiah and Alaha our Father He Who has loved us and has given us comfort eternal and hope good by His grace |
[16]But our Lord Jeshu Meshiha himself, and Aloha our Father, who hath loved us, and given us everlasting consolation,ⓘ and a good hope through grace, |
[17]May He comfort your hearts and may He be occupied in all words and every work good |
[17]Will comfort your hearts, and establish in every word and in every work of good. |
