[1]After these things walking was Ieshu in Galilee not for wanted He to walk in Judea because The Judeans seeking were to kill Him |
[1]AFTER these Jeshu walked in Galila; for he would not walk in Jihuda, because the Jihudoyee had sought to kill him. |
[2]And near was the feast of tabernacles of The Judeans |
[2]And the feast of tabernacles of the Jihudoyee drew nigh. |
[3]And said to Him His brothers to Jesus remove yourself from here and go to Judea that may see your disciples the works that do you |
[3]And his brethren said to Jeshu, Remove thee hence, and go into Jihuda, that thy disciples may see the works which thou doest. |
[4]There is not for a man doing anything in secret and he wanted it openly done if these things doing you are show yourself to the world |
[4]For there is no man who doeth any thing in concealment, and willeth himself to be in openness: if these things thou doest, show thyself to the world. |
[5]Also not for His brothers believing were in Jesus |
[5]For neither did his brethren believe in him, in Jeshu. |
[6]Said to them Ieshu My time ? until this hour not has come your time but ? in every moment is prepared |
[6]Jeshu saith to them, My time until now cometh not, but your time is always ready. |
[7]Not can the world hate you Me but it hates because I testifying am about it that its servants,[works] evil are |
[7]The world cannot hate you: but me it hateth, because I bear witness against it that the works of it are evil. |
[8]You go up to feast this I not going up am now to feast this because time my not yet is finished |
[8]Go you up to this feast: I do not ascend now to this feast, because my time is not yet complete. |
[9]These things He said and He remained in Galilee |
[9]These things said he, and remained in Galila. |
[10]When but went up His brothers to the feast then also He went up not openly but as secretly |
[10]But when his brethren had ascended to the feast, then also he ascended; not in openness, but as in concealment. |
[11]The Judeans but seeking were Him in the feast and were saying they where is? He |
[11]But the Jihudoyee sought him at the feast, and said, Where is he? |
[12]And murmuring much because of Him is there was in the crowd there were for those who said "good He is" and others saying were no but He deceives the people |
[12]And there was great murmuring concerning him among the people; for some said that he was good, and others said, No; but he deceiveth the people. |
[13]Not but a man openly speaking was about Him because of fear of The Judeans |
[13]But no man openly spoke of him, for fear of the Jihudoyee. |
[14]When but they cut in half the days of the feast came up Ieshu to the temple and taught He |
[14]But when the days of the feast divided, Jeshu ascended to the temple, and taught. |
[15]And astonished were The Judeans and they were saying How? knows This One the scrolls when not He has learned |
[15]And the Jihudoyee wondered and said, How knoweth this man the scripture, when he hath not learned? |
[16]Answered Ieshu and said My learning not is Mine but that which is of Him Who sent Me |
[16]Jeshu answered and said, My doctrine is not mine, but his who sent me. |
[17]Whoever is willing that he should do His will understands My teaching if from Alaha it is or I from pleasure My own speaking am |
[17]Whosoever willeth to do his will understandeth my doctrine, if it be from Aloha, or [if] from the will of myself I speak. |
[18]Whoever from the pleasure of his mind is speaking glory for himself seeking is but the glory from him who sent him one seeking faithful is and inequity in his heart not is |
[18]He who from the will of his [own] mind speaketh, the glory of himself seeketh; but he who the glory of him who hath sent him seeketh, is true, and no iniquity is in him. |
[19]Not? was it Moses who gave to you the Torah and not a man among you keeps the Torah |
[19]Did not Musha give you the law? But no man of you keepeth the law. |
[20]Why are seeking you to kill Me? answered the crowd and they were saying a demon is in you; who is seeking to kill you? |
[20]Why seek you to kill me? The people answered, saying, Thou hast a demon: who seeketh to kill thee? |
[21]Answered Ieshu and said to them one work I have done and all of you astonished are |
[21]Jeshu answered and said to them, One work have I performed, and all of you wondered on this account. |
[22]Because of this Moses gave to you circumcision not that because from him it is from Moses but from the forefathers it is and in the Sabbath circumcise you a son of man |
[22]Musha gave you circumcision, not because it was from the fathers, and on the shabath you circumcise a man. |
[23]If a son is circumcised in the day of the Sabbath because not should be broken the Law of Moses against Me complain? you that entirely a son of man I have healed in the day of the Sabbath |
[23]But if a man is circumcised on the day of shabath because the law of Musha may not be broken, why against me do you murmur, because I have altogether healed a man on the day of shabath? |
[24]Not be judging by receiving faces but judgment just judge |
[24]Judge not with acceptance of persons,ⓘ but righteous judgment judge you. |
[25]And saying were the men from Jerusalem not? Is This He Whom they seek to kill |
[25]And some of Urishlem said, Is not this he whom they seek to kill? |
[26]And behold openly He speaks and anything not they are saying to him can? know the elders that This One is truly The Messiah |
[26]And, behold, openly he discourseth, and nothing say they to him. Do the elders know that this is truly the Meshicha? |
[27]But This One know we from where He is The Messiah but whenever He comes no man will know from where He is |
[27]Yet of this we know from whence he is; but when the Meshicha cometh, no man knoweth from whence he is. |
[28]And lifted up Ieshu His voice when He taught in the temple and said Me know you and from where I am know you and from pleasure My own not I have come but true He is Who has sent Me He Whom you not know do Him |
[28]Jeshu lifted up his voice as he taught in the temple, and said, You know me, and from whence I am you know: and of myself I am not come; but true is he who sent me, he whom you know not. |
[29]I but know do Him because from union with Him I am and He has sent Me |
[29]But I know him who am from him; and he hath sent me. |
[30]And they sought to seize Him and not a man laid upon Him hands because not yet come had His hour |
[30]And they sought to apprehend him; but no man laid hands on him, because not yet was come his hour. |
[31]Many but from the crowds trusted in Him and they were saying The Messiah whenever comes will? more than these signs He do This One has done |
[31]But many of the multitude believed in him, and said, When the Meshicha is come, will he exceed the miracles which this doeth? |
[32]And heard The Pharisees the crowds speaking about Him these things and sent they and the chief priests guards that they would seize Him |
[32]The Pharishee heard the assembly, that they said these things of him, and the chief priests sent officers to apprehend him. |
[33]And said Ieshu a little more time with you I am and go I to join Him Who has sent Me |
[33]Jeshu said, Yet a little while am I with you, and I go unto him who sent me: |
[34]And you shall seek me and not you shall find Me and wherever I am not can you come |
[34]And you will seek me, and shall not find me: and where I am you cannot come. |
[35]Were saying The Judeans among themselves where? is prepared This One to go that we are not able to be with Him is? indeed to a region of the nations He prepared to go teach the pagans |
[35]The Jihudoyee say among themselves, Whither is this about to go, that we cannot find him? To the countries of the nations is he to go, and to teach the Heathens? |
[36]What? is this statement that He spoke You will seek Me and not you will find Me and wherever I am you not able are to come |
[36]What is this word he hath said, You shall seek me, and not find me; and where I am you cannot come? |
[37]In the day but the great which is the last of the feast stand did Ieshu and He proclaimed and said if a man is thirsty let him come to Me and let him drink |
[37]BUT in the great day, which was the last of the feast, stood Jeshu and cried, and said, If [any] man thirst, let him come unto me and drink; |
[38]Everyone who trusts in Me just as have said the scriptures rivers of water living shall flow from within him |
[38]For whosoever believeth in me, as have said the scriptures, rivers of living waters shall flow from his belly. |
[39]This but He spoke about The Spirit Whom being prepared they were to receive those who were trusting in Him not for yet given had been The Spirit because not yet glorified had been Ieshu |
[39]But this he spake of the Spirit which they should receive who believe in him. For not yet was the Spirit given, because not yet was Jeshu glorified. |
[40]Many but from the crowds who heard His words saying were This is truly The prophet |
[40]Now many of the assemblies who heard his words said, This is truly the Prophet. |
[41]Others saying were This One is The Messiah others were saying can? from Galilee come The Messiah |
[41]Others said, This is the Meshicha. Others said, How from Galila cometh the Meshicha? |
[42]Not? has the scripture said from the seed of David and from Bethlehem the village of David is coming The Messiah |
[42]Hath not the scripture said, That from the seed of David, and from Beth-lechem the town of David, cometh the Meshicha? |
[43]And there was division among the crowd because of Him |
[43]And there was a division concerning him among the assemblies; |
[44]There were people among them who willing were to seize Him but no man put on Him hands |
[44]And there were men of them who would have apprehended him; but no man laid hands on him. |
[45]And came guards those to chief the priests and the Pharisees and said to them the priests Why? not have you brought Him |
[45]AND those officers came to the chief priests and the Pharishee; and the priests said to them, Why have you not brought him? |
[46]Were saying to them the guards never in this manner has spoken a son of man like speaks Man This |
[46]The officers say to them, Never so spake a son of man as speaks this man! |
[47]Were saying to them the Pharisees have? also you been deceived |
[47]The Pharishee say to them, Are you also deceived? |
[48]Have? men from the leaders or from the Pharisees trusted in Him |
[48]Have any of the heads, or of the Pharishee, believed in him? |
[49]However people this who not do know The Torah damned are |
[49]But if this people who know not the law [believe in him], they are accursed. |
[50]Said to them Nicodemus one of them he is who came ? to Ieshu at night |
[50]One of them, Nikodimos, he who came to Jeshu by night, saith to them, |
[51]Does? Torah our condemn a son of man unless one shall hear from him first and shall know what he has done |
[51]Does our law condemn a man unless it shall hear from him first, and know what he hath done? |
[52]They answered and were saying to him ? also you from Galilee are search and see that a prophet from Galilee not arises went then everyone to his house |
[52]They answered and said to him, Art thou also of Galila? Investigate, and see, that the Prophet from Galila ariseth not. |
